Nature Honey uses a unique process to extract honey from the beehives: cold-extraction. This technique is even used in the traditional fashion. Nature Honey produces a great variety of by-products, but it also makes tasty mead (honey wine). Besides, the company is one of the most important mead suppliers for the SAQ! More than 45 by-products are made here, like maple-honey liqueurs, sparkling wine and vinegar. Visit the interpretation centre to learn everything about bees, and you can even see the bees in the glass beehive! Nature Honey offers a free sampling, and you can buy the products at the boutique.
