In the 19th century, Saint-Constant expanded with the construction of a railroad bridge that linked the city with Montréal and to which it owes its development. To learn more about the world of trains, visit the Exporail: the Canadian Railway Museum. In the main galerie, 44 trains make a collection that is known as one of the most important ones in America. You can also visit the double observation pit, the miniature train room and the thematic exhibitions. You will even have the chance to tour the site aboard of an old tramway and visit a station dating back to 1885.
