This year, the theme of the festival is “Exploring sea trades, maritime and port activity”. You will discover the world of 19th century port through different kinds of activities. The demonstrations of artisans will help you learn more about what our ancestors had to do to build ships, such as the poles, the anchors, the sails.
As regards to the activities that will be offered during this event, there will be a long barrel race, a reconstruction of a small village of the nineteenth century in Quebec, a naval craft show, a farmers’ market, and more.
