Agri-food producers will present a vast array of products, such as lamb, cranberries, arichokes, Muscovy duck, chocolates, organic pasta and culinary salts. You will have the possibility to learn more about the vegetables that we seldom eat and molecular cuisine will be explained to you. 17 reputed chefs will let you taste their unique products and you will have a better understanding of different cooking modes thanks to culinary demonstrations. Conferences, performances, educational workshops and interpretation centers are elements that will contribute to the success of this event.
