Even though the Érablière Charbonneau opened its doors in 2004, it benefits from the expertise of the owner, who worked on the family maple grove for many years. The entire staff of the Érablière Charbonneau welcomes you in a beautiful log sugar shack. You can come enjoy a delicious typical Quebec meal including pea soup, cretons, ham, syrup sausages, beans, pie dishes, potatoes, stew as well as the traditional maple taffy on snow.
During your visit, you can also take advantage of the activities offered on the premises. Go on a horse-sleigh ride, visit the evaporation room, or walk along the walking or snowshoeing paths. On Friday and Saturday, you can enjoy the dancing evenings. Before you leave, make sure you stop by the boutique to buy some delicious maple by-products.
