The Gallant Maple Pavilion is situated in a clearing, which is the reason why it benefits from a microclimate suitable for producing syrup and sugar products all year round. The maple syrup production begins at the end of February and ends at the end of April. As for maple products, they are continuously available.
During the months of March and April, it is the perfect place for hikers and skiers who want to have a rest, eat a sugar shack meal or buy delicious maple products. It is also possible to reserve the pavilion for banquets, wedding ceremonies, parties and business meetings throughout the year.
