
The Pointe-du-Buisson Archaeological Park, Quebec Museum of Archaeology is dedicated to dissemination and research. Discover there the vestiges accompanied by an archaeologist during authentic public digs. On-site experienced guides will await you and give comments during your visit. While learning the basics of this job, you will be able to discover traces of the people who lived on this territory for 5,000 years! You will also have the chance to walk along the trails or admire the collection of thousands of artefacts from this prehistoric site.
The Archaeological Park also offers you to enjoy a range of year-round cultural activities as well as permanent exhibitions on archaeology and palaeontology. Furthermore, the programming also comprises a summer camp for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and a day camp for teenagers from 9 to 12 years of age. During camps, teenagers will live authentic archaeological excavations and also take part in a large range of outdoor activities and outings.
